As a D365 CRM Solutions Architect, you’ll lead migration strategies, design integrations, and drive technical excellence for our client's Business Applications unit, shaping the future of enterprise CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Define end-to-end migration architecture for D365 implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service modules).
- Lead technical roadmaps and oversee integrations with systems like Power Platform, Azure services, and SQL Server.
- Optimize system performance and scalability while enforcing Dynamics 365 best practices.
- Mentor development teams in CRM customizations, workflows, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Manage configuration tasks, including API integrations, SSIS, and .NET-based custom tools.
- Conduct code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders.
- Report progress to leadership, resolve roadblocks, and align solutions with GDPR/security standards.
Core Expertise
- 8+ years in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with 3+ projects as a Solutions Architect.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Automation, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.
- Mastery of Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI), .NET, Azure APIs, and SQL Server.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable architectures and lead migrations.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Solution Architect).
- Proficiency in SSRS, Power BI reporting, and Azure services (Azure DevOps, Logic Apps).
- Exceptional communication skills with experience advising C-suite stakeholders.
