About the Role:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Order to Cash Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on optimising and delivering O2C processes across D365 F&O implementations, from customer order management to invoicing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the functional delivery of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in D365 F&O, including Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
Gather, document, and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
Configure and optimise D365 O2C modules to meet business needs.
Perform fit-gap analysis and provide scalable, best-practice solutions.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a D365 F&O or AX Functional Consultant, specifically in Order to Cash.
Strong understanding of sales order processing, pricing, invoicing, credit management, and receivables.
Experience in end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
Ability to translate complex business processes into D365 functionality.
Proficiency in tools such as LCS, Azure DevOps, and RSAT.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (desirable but not required).
Nice to Have:
Experience with integration to CRM systems or external eCommerce platforms.
Understanding of cross-functional processes with Supply Chain or Procure to Pay (P2P).
Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or localisation scenarios.
