We’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst with strong Python and API skills to join a forward-thinking team delivering smarter data solutions across CRM, cloud services, and internal platforms.

This is a role with a clear focus on web-based Python development and API integrations. You’ll be building and automating data pipelines, enabling data flows between services like Oracle OIC, Power BI, and CRM platforms – all with the goal of improving how data is accessed and used across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage data pipelines using Python and APIs
• Automate data retrieval and transformation processes
• Integrate and transfer data between platforms (e.g. Oracle OIC, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP)
• Clean, transform, and prepare data from sources such as CRM, memberships, products, education, suppliers, and marketing systems
• Support internal teams by enabling better access to high-quality data, without prescribing the analytics
• Leverage Python and APIs to find cost-effective ways to move and integrate large datasets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Python, particularly in web-based or automation contexts
• Hands-on experience with APIs – pulling, transforming, and pushing data
• Exposure to Oracle OIC or similar cloud-based integration platforms (ideal, not essential)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud services such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar
• Comfortable working independently, identifying solutions, and adapting to new methods
• SQL and Power BI are nice to have!
