Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞

• Analyse and interpret data to report on business KPI’s, identify trends and patterns to provide Gamma’s Direct business with actionable insights for improvement.
  
  
  

Key responsibilities:

• Process and analyse multiple data sources to produce clear findings and recommendations to support operational development ideas coming from across the Direct business.
• Provide timely analysis of the business KPIs to stakeholders across the business.
• Proactively analyse data to uncover opportunities to add value to the business and/or drive efficiency savings into the business.
• Assist with data analysis to support optimisation of current processes, including identifying and supporting suggestions to resolve current pain points.
• Provide and analyse data for preparation of business cases requests for investment.
• Assist with the reporting and analysis activity against operational cost KPIs and measurement of the impact of digital investments across the Direct business.
  
  
  

What You Will Need

• Demonstrable experience operating as a data analyst within a business customer facing organisation.
• Excellent data analysis skills, confident in using Excel or SQL to gather, analyse and interpret disparate pieces of data.
• Desirable to have experience of using Power BI or Tableau.Excellent questioning skills with the ability to help a stakeholder articulate their requirements.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification is beneficial but not essential.
• Salesforce Tableau Certified Data Analyst is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience in building a Center of Excellence for data analytics, driving maturity through best practices, governance frameworks.
• Aligning analytics strategies with organisational goals to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

• This role will require travel to one of our office locations two or 3 times a week.
