Data Analyst – HR Systems & Data Integration

Are you passionate about data analysis, integration, and cleansing? We're looking for a Data Analyst to support the Hire to Retire value stream, mapping and analyzing data to drive meaningful insights. You'll play a key role in data integration, management, and reporting, ensuring clean and reliable data for business decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets)

🔹 Performing data cleansing to remove inconsistencies and improve quality

🔹 Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making

🔹 Creating solution and data-flow diagrams to enhance data governance and integration

🔹 Presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

🔹 Collaborating with IT and business users to ensure data accessibility, integrity, and security

🔹 Monitoring and troubleshooting data issues to optimize performance

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in data analysis within large-scale HR system replacement projects (SAP SuccessFactors & Sage People preferred)

✔ Strong understanding of data flows in the Hire to Retire value stream

✔ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

✔ Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders

✔ Knowledge of data security, compliance, and GDPR

🎯 Desirable: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
