Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Data Governance Analyst The Opportunity QBE Europe is currently recruiting for a Data Governance Analyst to join a well-established and successful Data Centre of Excellence team in our London office. Our teams goal is to roll out data governance across the European Operations division. As a Data Governance Analyst, you will work with colleagues across the Data Centre of Excellence and the business to ensure data is managed appropriately. Your new role
- Provide clear and practical guidance to business and project stakeholders in the application of data governance best practice.
- Manage the annual Solvency II data management process, working with stakeholders across the business and risk teams.
- Update and maintain Data Governance Policy and Framework documents.
- Manage the User Developed Application (UDA) Governance process to ensure compliance with the policy.
- Manage process to monitor compliance with the Data Governance Principles.
- Develop content for consumption by senior managers and governance forums.
- Create and maintain content in Collibra.
- Develop Data Governance and Collibra training material for consumption by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure Collibra is well-governed, and data governance principals are applied.
About You
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Data Governance and Management.
- Experience in rolling out and using Collibra.
- Proficient in developing Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
- Experienced in writing reports and guidelines.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Experienced in developing and improving governance processes.
- Experience in running training sessions
