A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Data Lead to join its London-based team (3 days per week in the office). This senior manager-level position is ideal for a data expert with 15+ years’ experience in data governance, data conversion, and leading enterprise-scale data initiatives.

You’ll play a strategic role in designing data governance frameworks, overseeing data migration efforts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust data governance strategies organisation-wide

Lead data conversion at the project level, including migration & transformation rules

Collaborate with technical teams for data load validation and sign-off

Oversee data-related initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives

Champion data quality and compliance across systems and departments

Candidate Profile:

15+ years of experience in data governance, data conversion, and related fields

Proven track record leading data teams and managing complex data projects

Experience working across multiple applications and ERP systems

Strong understanding of data migration and transformation processes

Excellent communication and leadership skills
