About The Profile
We are looking for a profile of
Data Manager with solid experience in financial services and a strong understanding of data management strategies, risk controls, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong analytical capabilities, and experience managing a team in a data-driven environment.
Functions:
- Oversee the collection, storage, organization, and use of company data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead workload management and team operations.
- Support strategic planning and performance management within the department.
- Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and improvements.
- Manage change projects and ensure optimal process design and control implementation.
- Supervise and coach team members, ensuring continuous communication and development.
- Manage risk and ensure effective mitigation and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data management within financial services.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and transactional data flows.
- Experience with sensitive/confidential data handling.
- Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with SQL and big data tools (e.g. Azure).
- Analytical mindset with experience using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Experience with Supply Chain Finance, Payment/Cash Management, or Treasury Operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong project/change management capabilities.
