Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Data Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the data migration process to Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring smooth transition, accurate data mapping, and timely completion of the project. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of data migration activities with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the data migration project to Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.


  • Data Migration Strategy: Develop and implement data migration plans, strategies, and timelines. Coordinate activities related to the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of financial data.


  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key business stakeholders to understand financial reporting and transactional requirements for migration to Oracle Fusion Financials.


  • Team Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that data migration tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.


  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, manage, and resolve any risks or issues that may arise during the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.


  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the data migration process, ensuring that all data transferred is accurate and validated according to project requirements.


  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders on the status of data migration, project milestones, and any challenges encountered.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP systems.


  • Strong background in data migration projects, especially within the financial services sector.


  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, data architecture, and financial processes.


  • Experience with ETL processes and tools, specifically for financial data migration.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.


  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
