What Your Days Will Look Like

As a Senior Manager, you’ll join our leadership team to help drive our growth, taking the lead on certain sectors / activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the delivery of support to a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Director and above
- Leading the management and delivery of large, often cross-border projects
- Leading the financial management of clients
- Developing strategies to solve complex challenges and helping other team members develop these skills
- Team and project management
This role is for you if
- Must possess a Legal Qualification in England or Wales, with PQE experience advising across a range of global clients in data protection with experience gained in a recognised data protection practice (either Top Tier law firm or Big 4).
- Designing and implementing data privacy compliance framework, particularly on a cross-border basis
- You have experience providing advice in some or all of the following: ePrivacy / Digital Marketing, Subject rights requests, International data transfers & Regulatory audit of security systems
- Compliance review and business transformation
- Personal data security breaches and subsequent remediation
- Developing and implementing managed legal services, relating to areas such as DSARs, Transfer Impact Assessments, DPIAs, Breach notification etc.
- Advising on risk assessing and compliance relating to emerging technologies, including AI and Cloud
- Business development and experience in profile raising and winning work.
