The Delegated Claims Analyst will provide assistance in the management of claims across multiple lines of business, including property, casualty, and financial lines across various jurisdictions (predominantly in the UK and Europe). Additionally, the Delegated Claims Analyst will assist in the onboarding and oversight of claims to third-party administrators appointed by Fortegra.
Qualifications
- Degree desirable.
- At least two years' insurance claims experience required, preferably with experience of managing delegated claims.
- CII qualifications or a willingness to work towards obtaining CII qualifications.
Primary Job Functions
- Supporting the onboarding of new TPAs through Fortegra's TPA due diligence process.
- Assist with the negotiation of services, contracts and service level agreements for TPAs to be appointed by Fortegra.
- Supporting the management of existing TPAs appointed by Fortegra including claim referrals, bordereau management, loss fund management and claims audits.
- Assist in the analysis of claims data to identify trends, areas of risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Supporting with administrative tasks for the claims department.
- Other duties as assigned.
