Position:

The role

In this exciting role, you will work in our Customer Delivery Team, taking responsibility for and ensuring all our customer are orders being managed effectively. Liaising with our internal Stakeholders, providing regular and accurate MI:

As an Order Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring precision and efficiency. Here’s why joining us is a fantastic career move:

• Your role is pivotal in managing our finances and being a part of our cash triangle.
• Amending existing contracts to reflect upgrades/site moves/contract changes/cancellations.
• Managing third party suppliers: Ensuring our supply chain is managed effectively and that they are accountable for the completion of all requested tasks, including the swift payment of outstanding credits.
• Working alongside our Senior Leadership Team and liaising with our internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and accurate MI:

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing third party suppliers: Ensuring our supply chain is managed effectively and that they are accountable for the completion of all requested tasks, including the swift payment of outstanding credits.
• Working alongside our Senior Leadership Team and liaising with our internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and accurate MI:
• Team Collaboration: Join a supportive team that values your contributions and fosters a positive work environment.
• To be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of multiple solutions.
• Managing customer expectations
• Informing customers of the details of their set-up and keep them continually updated on the progress and possible setbacks whilst maintaining professionalism and high standards of client care
• Updating internal CRM system as required
  
  

Key Personal Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Responsible and willing to take ownership of projects
• Well organised and self-motivated team player
• Effective communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
• A strong attention to detail
• Experience working for an ISP, telecommunications provider or integrator is highly desirable
