Delivery Manager

Excellent opportunity for Delivery Manager to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders for account delivery
• Manage end to end delivery responsibilities – including customer/contractual deliverables & Cognizant internal delivery metrics
• Responsible for all resources, learning & growth
• Perform annual performance review for all resources
• Manage P&L
• Manage resource utilization & track progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and deliverables
• Provide regular update to customer & internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policy & procedures

Key Skills and Experience :

• Possess a strong background in Delivery Management.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good P&L management experience
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show proficiency in risk management and mitigation.
• Display a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
