Delivery Manager to ensure seamless operations within our agile teams, optimise processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
About The Role
As a
Delivery Manager, you will oversee and drive the efficiency of operational functions within the Data & Analytics Team. We are looking for someone that can align ways of working across our D&A teams which have just centralised into a single team.
You will lead multiple agile scrum teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, alignment of operational processes, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, strategic agility, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile scrum teams, ensuring effective sprint planning and backlog management.
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment between operational functions and project deliverables.
- Identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
- Drive portfolio management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain documentation, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Craft stakeholder communications and proactively manage change initiatives.
- Support team collaboration through engagement and effective use of tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or equivalent experience (Advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in agile team management, operations, or project/program management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in scaling agile methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
