We’re have a exciting new opportunity for someone to join our Supply Chain Management team as a Delivery Operations Associate Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations—including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services—with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and driving profitability. You’ll work to optimise the end-to-end flow of goods and services, transform raw materials into finished products, and deliver strategic insights that help our clients achieve £5 in value for every £1 spent on our services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
Interaction with Senior Management involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Manage a large to medium sized team and work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture
To ensure delivery of an optimal end to end supply plan for the assigned DRBU Category considering cash, cost and service levers
Request, run and approve scenarios for the DRBU Category within defined levels
Review dashboards to highlight exceptions and drive, and seek approval for required actions to mitigate as required
Creation and approval of inventory stockholding or other relevant policies within defined levels
Creation and approval of new segmentation strategies within defined levels
Creation and approval of parameter automation policies as a result of segmentation strategies within defined levels
Defining the relevant planning horizons, frozen, scheduling and planning
Make day to day planning decisions for the assigned DRBU Category.
Drive continuous improvement and change management in order to deliver sustainable change and the end game operations vision
To ensure all planning relevant master data is complete and correct across all required systems
Own activities from following roles depending on the size and complexities of the category distribution and inventory or master planner
What are we looking for:
Extensive experience across planning, logistics, NPI, FMCG or consumer electronics supply chain
Background in leading large, diverse teams
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools SAP, Oracle and Kinaxis
Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
Holistic supply chain knowledge experience process, metrics, certified Leas Six Sigma Black Belt
Strong knowledge in FMEZ, Fishbone, SIPOC, Kaizen, Lean Methodology
Familiar with E2E Synchronised Supply Chain
