What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The planning role is crucial to the success of accurate forecasting across a dynamic new categories industry in the UK. The monitoring and reporting of marketing initiatives, industry evolution, market share & volume in a timely and accurate manner will be at the forefront of the responsibilities within this position, whilst striving for simplification of processes to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Demand planning is a central function for the UK market, reporting to Western Europe Planning within the Revenue Growth Management area. Our responsibilities are to execute a robust marketing planning process, from understanding market initiatives to determining volume forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities along the way. We deliver high quality and accurate reporting for the Western Europe area, representing UK as an intelligence hub for the Area leadership team, brand marketing functions and end market commercial teams.
