- professional preparation and creative presentation of our high-quality warm and cold meals
- professional instruction and leading of employees at any position
- functional support of the kitchen team at any position
- self-reliant acceptance of goods and quality control of orders to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
- consequent compliance with our internal quality standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- ensure that kitchen processes run smoothly
- successfully completed training as chef/cook (m/f) or within the gastronomy
- solid practical experience and expertise
- flexible and team-minded
- willingness to work in shifts and on the weekend
