As a Deputy General Manager, you join our team too:
- Support the General Manager (GM) In leading the restaurant team in the delivery of our ambition
- Create opportunities to coach, mentor & train the restaurant team
- Assist the GM in shaping the rotas to ensure we have the right people in the restaurant at the right time
- Be available to recruit & select Front of House team members alongside the GM
- Optimise the commercials by optimising performance & productivity
- Keep the restaurant safe, sound & compliant by ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
