Deputy Inclusion Leader – Warren Mead Partnership of Schools

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Inclusion Leader to help shape inclusive practice across our school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to support all children in reaching their full potential through accessible, inclusive learning.

About the Role:

In this non-class-based leadership role, you will:

• Support and manage SEND provision
• Oversee Pupil Premium delivery
• Help lead the day-to-day implementation of our inclusion policy

You’ll work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School and be part of a wider leadership team across the Warren Mead and GLF Schools network.

• A qualified teacher with a strong interest in inclusion
• Experience is welcome but not essential—your passion and commitment matter most
• Willingness to support, coach, and share best practices

• Salary: MPR (Fringe) + Inclusion TLR
• Hours: Part-time (40/100ths – 2 days/week)
