About The Role
As a Deputy Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our prestigious site in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of technicians, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of technicians to achieve operational goals.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance and maintenance activities.
