LOCATION: Leeds - Millcroft (Residential Care) and/or Park Place (Supported Living)
SERVICE TYPE: Mental Health step-down residential rehabilitation
HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to support service needs.
SALARY: £31,000 TO £35,000 per annum depending on experience and remit.
THE ROLE:
Active Pathways are currently recruiting for two new Deputy Manager's to join our Millcroft and Park Place teams in Leeds as a result of progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

Our ideal Deputy Manager will
- Ensure that individuals we support have the opportunity to strive for self-determination, independence, and choice to gain as much control over their own lives as possible.
- Ensure the service is compliant with the relevant Regulations and with contractual requirements.
- Support the Service Manager with KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure.
- Take the lead on the day-to-day leadership and provide mentoring to teams.
- Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centred and in line with our service model.
- Coach the team with ensuring high quality, up to date support planning documentation that is person centred.
- Knowledge on current legislations relatable to this setting.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Working in a health and social care setting with people with complex mental health needs, learning disability & autistic adults.
