Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and innovation in construction? Algeco UK is looking for a Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We deliver turnkey design solutions across education, healthcare, residential, retail, and commercial sectors, using the latest offsite construction methods.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, end-users, and statutory bodies to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring design goals align with project objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost-efficiency through innovative design solutions.
• Support our BIM Manager and adhere to Algeco’s BIM protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in design management for £3M+ projects.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Background in structural, civil, or architectural consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and BREEAM.
• Familiarity with offsite and modern construction methods (training provided).
