Within the WBD Creative team, as a
Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, generating and executing ideas that elevate our channels and brands. From stunning motion graphics and video-based content to Key Art and static assets, your work will shine across broadcast, social, and print platforms. You’ll take on a variety of briefs, producing best-in-class creative that meets and exceeds client goals.

Your Role Accountabilities…
- Bring Ideas to Life: Collaborate with the team to generate, pitch, and execute creative concepts that align with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Design Across Platforms: Create exceptional still assets, motion graphics, and video-based designs for on-air promotions, brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that push the boundaries of broadcast and digital design.
- Collaborate Proactively: Work hand-in-hand with Creatives, Digital Designers, and Producers to ensure cohesive storytelling and design consistency across all outputs.
- Elevate Every Brief: Translate creative briefs into visually stunning, on-brand designs that captivate audiences and inspire engagement.
- Adapt and Deliver: Efficiently manage multiple projects, maintaining high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Creative flair and a natural eye for design and a strong creative sensibility that brings fresh, impactful ideas to life.
- Proven Experience working in the media industry or within an advertising, creative, or digital agency, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional work.
- 360° Thinker with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns across multiple platforms and media touchpoints.
- Amazing technical expertise with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and image creation/editing software, with a good understanding of digital and print production and post-production processes.
- Keen interest in global media trends and a passion for innovative, cutting-edge design.
- Delivering original and effective creative solutions that meet objectives on time and on budget.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret marketing and creative briefs to produce outstanding results.
- Fluent in English, (proficiency in other European/EMEA language a bonus).
- Clear and confident presentation skills to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
- Meticulous in execution, ensuring every aspect of a project is polished and on-brand.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
