Desktop Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Windows 11 Rollout Engineer for a contract position. This role is pivotal in the smooth deployment of Windows 11 across various systems within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploying Windows 11 across multiple devices efficiently and effectively
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Windows 11 rollout
• Working closely with IT teams to ensure minimal disruption during the installation process
• Providing technical support and training to end users post-deployment
• Creating detailed deployment documentation and reports
• Conducting compatibility assessments of hardware and software

Job Requirements:
