About the role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mac Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for macOS systems, Apple hardware, and related software applications. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for our Mac users across 10x Banking.
