Role Title: Development and Capability Enablement Coordinator

We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Development and Capability Enablement Coordinator, to be involved in a game changing role as we strive to make the nuclear industry more diverse.
The Development and Capability Enablement coordinator will use best practice and knowledge to improve products, services and processes in the Development and capability team. They will provide proactive organisation of activity to the D&C team in the efficient delivery of activities in all areas of development and capability. This role is pivotal to the efficient working of the team and delivery of value to the organisation. The role will often lead the work of small project teams and be the interface between the team and the business and will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and teams throughout the business.
Some of the success criteria of this role are
- Onboarding of suppliers within team’s SLA’s
- Scheduling and booking of all in person learning events
- Product owner of learning at work week once a year
- Delivery of learning requests to colleagues within team SLA’s
- Updating of all training records for compliance for all employees
- Competency updates aligning to D&C quality and governance managers requests
- Support of external supplier relationships
Do you have any of the following:
- Clear communication: Providing updates, status reports, and guidance in a way that builds trust and clarity
- Regulatory awareness: Understanding of data protection, accessibility standards, and audit-readiness in a learning context.
- Process design and improvement: Developing repeatable, scalable processes that support consistency and efficiency.
- Experience of the Learning and capability landscape with experience in data management of LMS systems
- Attention to detail: Essential for managing data accuracy, logistics, supplier contracts, and compliance documentation.

Pay And Benefits
We anticipate paying a salary of between £48,000 - £62,500 DOE plus:-
- Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
- Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
