About the role
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in our London office. You can expect to be on-site in London for two days a week, working in our London office one day a week, with the option to work from home two days per week.
The overall purpose of the role is to identify, secure and deliver a range of development projects on time, budget and to the required standards, in accordance with the Group Development Strategy.
The successful Development Manager will lead on the delivery of development projects, managing them at design, tender and/or construction phases (RIBA stages 1-7). You will also identify new business opportunities which sit outside the scope of the New Business Team.
