About the role:
As the DevOps Engineer, you'll be joining a dedicated team responsible for delivering a core automation roadmap — part of an enterprise-wide effort to improve our build processes, deployment patterns, and infrastructure scalability. This role will focus specifically on the Windows and IIS stack, with a heavy emphasis on automation and optimising deployment pipelines using PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps tools.
You'll help redesign our deployment patterns from the ground up, supporting everything from development through to performance environments. With a DevOps mindset, you'll contribute to a more agile, responsive way of working that reduces friction, streamlines release processes, and ultimately enables faster delivery of change.
