Your Mission
The Digital Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of digital ad space on TradingView. You will develop and implement sales strategies to attract advertisers from the financial sector and beyond, working directly with clients as well as through media buying companies, agencies and ad networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to the product development of TradingViewâs advertising platform.
What Will You Do
The Digital Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of digital ad space on TradingView. You will develop and implement sales strategies to attract advertisers from the financial sector and beyond, working directly with clients as well as through media buying companies, agencies and ad networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Additionally, you will be able to contribute to the product development of TradingViewâs advertising platform.
What You Bring
- Formulate and execute digital advertising strategies that align with TradingViewâs goals and great user experience
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of advertisers, including those in financial services, trading tools, and related sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the digital advertising ecosystem, including agencies, and ad tech providers
- Handle the full sales cycle from prospect identification and outreach to deal negotiation, closure, and ongoing account management
- Partner with the internal teams to create compelling and effective advertising solutions tailored to the needs of digital advertisers
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and market insights to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Represent TradingView at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and fostering valuable partnerships
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including direct sales, DSPs, SSPs, but also web and mobile ad networks
- Proficiency in ad tech platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, and a solid understanding of ad serving technologies and processes
- Familiarity with digital analytics and tools to quantify and qualify effectiveness, reach, and ROI of ad placements
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing complex deals and managing significant client accounts
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with external partners
- Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the financial industryâs advertising needs and how they align with digital platforms is a big plus.
Itâll also be an advantage if you have experience in:
- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView đ
