Main Job Purpose & Scope
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on social media strategy, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising. This role will be key in enhancing brand visibility, engaging audiences, and driving digital growth across both the leisure and care sector. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This Role Will Also Include
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, scheduling and channel management, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, strengthening audience engagement, and driving meaningful customer interactions across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and emerging channels.
- Creating captivating innovative content for social media sites, which includes writing posts and producing multimedia content for Google Business and CRM outputs.
- Efficient use of in-house design platforms to create internal graphics and promotional content (eg. Canva).
- Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
- Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search engine rankings, and overall website performance across key digital platforms.
- Strategise, execute, optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and setting measurable goals for campaigns.
- Proven experience with e-campaign systems, such as Airship, Mail Chimp or similar campaign management systems.
- Strong proficiency in using case management systems and task organisation tools like Asana (or equivalent), with the ability to manage work flows independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with third-party agencies and suppliers such as printers or designers to ensure deliverables and assets are completed.
- Provide quality control and proofreading for the Marketing assets that have been created.
- Strong working knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms, with the ability to update, maintain, and contribute to the development of the website architecture. Experience in building and optimising websites, collaborating with third-party designers, and SEO specialists to ensure high-performing user-friendly and search-optimized digital presence.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the landscape across both the Leisure and Care sector, using market insights to inform and refine digital strategies that position our brand as a leader in both industries.
- Supporting in the Marketing requirements surrounding Prestwick Care and the delivery of assets or materials required.
