Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Lead and implement the global digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, SEA/SEO, and social media.
- Collaborate with PayByPhone Marketing Managers to develop digital strategies across global and local markets.
- Manage and execute paid social media campaigns, and set up, monitor, and optimize SEA/SEO initiatives in partnership with internal teams and agencies within allocated budgets.
- Plan and schedule social media content, working closely with PayByPhone Digital Marketing Managers to manage paid campaigns and boost brand awareness.
- Oversee website updates and content improvements, collaborating with local markets to ensure consistency and enhance user experience.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to drive campaign success and promote products/services.
- Centralize the implementation of local direct messaging (in-app, push, email), offering support when needed.
- Work with the internal design team to create localized and engaging content for global campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand image across all markets.
- Suggest and implement new digital acquisition channels to expand reach.
- Track and analyze digital performance using tools like Salesforce, Appsflyer, and Looker, providing detailed ROI reporting.
- Stay informed on digital trends and market behaviors, applying insights to improve strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- This position covers the following markets: North America, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland.
What does success look like in the role?
- Delivery of a clear and coordinated digital marketing strategy.
- Local KPIs for performance tracking: CPM, CPI, CPA, #Downloads, #new users… are provided on a monthly basis
- Clear ROI analysis for all digital investments
- Global ranking of the page on the search engines or on the stores
- Global consistency of the brand digital presence
Skills
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google & Apple ad platforms, with solid knowledge of SEO, SEA, and MMP tools.
- Webflow or similar CMS knowledge.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams, cultures, and adapting to various work methods.
- Capable of explaining key metrics to non-digital natives.
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conviction in presenting ideas.
- Fluency in English (if based in UK)
- Fluency in French and English (if based in Paris)
Qualifications And Professional Experience
- Degree/Diploma qualification in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Communications or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- At least three year’s experience in a similar role
- Has managed awareness & acquisition channels for a company
