Digital Marketing Specialist

The business is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of CRM operations and email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced setting and enjoys digging into data to improve campaign performance. The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering effective digital strategies, contributing to both tactical execution and broader marketing planning.

What you will be doing...

• Manage and optimise CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution and customer engagement
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns—from segmentation and automation to performance tracking
• Conduct A/B testing and report on key metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.)
• Develop and refine content for emails, social media, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with strategic goals
• Maintain and update customer databases to enable smart targeting and personalisation
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, email automation, and CRM innovation

What you’ll need…

• 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and campaign analytics
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media)
• Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus
