Working as a Digital Product Lead in GTM, you'll be at the heart of leading a diverse team of product managers who are accountable for creating exceptional digital journeys for our customers.


Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of product managers ranging from middleweight to senior and group levels, creating clear paths for growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Define and deliver the strategy for our customer-facing digital products, ensuring they delight our customers while meeting business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs that align with our customer experience goals and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure our digital products support overall customer experience.
  • Champion customer insights and research to continuously enhance our digital touchpoints.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in how we deliver digital value to our customers.


Are we the perfect match?

  • Experience leading product teams in a digital environment.
  • Knowledge of product management best practices and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to nurture and develop team members' skills and careers.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and digital product delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in the energy sector or similar regulated industries.
  • Understanding of agile delivery frameworks.
  • Background in user-centred design approaches.
  • Data analysis capabilities to inform product decisions.
  • Experience managing digital transformation initiatives.
