The

You will guide the transition to a hybrid delivery model, blending project-based methods with agile and product approaches to solve business challenges. You will collaborate across departments, promote and assist the adoption of new ways of working, write business cases, set standards, and measure product team adoption—supporting both existing and new teams as they are established.

- Communities of practice – Running communities of practice for product-based disciplines. Taking feedback and understanding challenges which are addressed and embedded into ways of working.
