Description

At Westcon-Comstor, we are seeking an accomplished and strategic Digital Sales Channel Director / Digital Sales Enablement Director to support our Sales Central digital marketplace. Westcon-Comstor is a recognised global IT distributor working with vendors like AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and driving partner success. This pivotal role will oversee the adoption, engagement, and optimisation of Sales Central, our digital sales platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation within our sales processes, enabling efficiency, improved pipeline management, and revenue growth.


For this role you will ideally be based around London South East and be willing to travel to our other offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Adoption and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to integrate Sales Central into daily workflows across internal sales teams, fostering engagement and active use.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead and opportunity management processes, streamline operations, and improve reporting capabilities.
  • CRM Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance the functionality of Sales Central, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and driving productivity.
  • Training and Support: Design and execute comprehensive training programs to maximise platform utility and user satisfaction.
  • Data Analytics and Insights: Utilize CRM data to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to boost sales outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, and sales leadership to enhance platform features and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve platform efficiency, sales results, and overall usability.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital sales, CRM management, and sales process automation, ideally within IT distribution or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a strong understanding of sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive successful adoption of digital tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in CRM data, reporting tools, and strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of working cross-functionally and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
