Our Digital Solutions team within Macquarie Asset Management is dedicated to enhancing and developing digital experiences for our clients, partners, and people. We work closely with various asset management businesses to build platforms that allow clients to invest across multiple products with a single client view. Our team collaborates with stakeholders across the asset management ecosystem to deliver key strategic programs that contribute to the significant growth strategy of our businesses.

What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst in the Digital team, you will be responsible for engaging with business and technology stakeholders to understand their objectives and constraints, providing data and analytics support. You will support the Digital Solutions Owner in identifying digital solutions, prioritising, and progressing through to implementation. You will be a key point of contact for the Client Solutions Group business team, working closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Scrum masters to identify digital solutions requirements. Your responsibilities will also include managing the digital solutions backlog, assisting prioritisation and delivery, and managing change and requirements with senior stakeholders.

What You Offer
- Strong background in financial or business analytics, able to work independently, problem solve, and manage results for a wide range of stakeholders
- Effective management of deadlines, concurrent tasks, and prioritisation, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Structured and coordinated approach to business analysis with an analytical mindset, and ability to provide support such as workshop facilitation to the project team
- Agile mindset to drive data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and business value delivery, with experience in customer-facing digital products and knowledge of financial services
- Knowledge in relevant Client Solutions Group platforms such as Salesforce, Seismic, PowerBI, CRM Analytics, and cVent, with additional knowledge of Jira/Confluence for project delivery being beneficial
