Your Role at a Glance:

In this role, you'll report to the Digital Optimisation Manager and rotate across key areas of the team, gaining a 360 view of digital retailing. From brainstorming new features to analysing user behaviour, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation.

You’ll get involved in exciting projects across:

• Content Creation & Management – Craft compelling content using Sitecore CMS to keep our digital platforms fresh and informative.
• UX/UI Design – Collaborate with our design experts to enhance the customer journey.
• SEO & Digital Strategy – Work alongside our SEO agency and help shape our content roadmap.
• Web & App Development – Support product owners in sprint planning and feature releases.
• Retail Innovation – Contribute to the evolution of our ticket vending machines and attended retailing channels.
• Digital Testing & Optimization – Learn the ropes of A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
