Job Description

As In-House Counsel, your role will involve providing strategic legal guidance, overseeing various legal matters, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effectively mitigate risks.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• As we expand into new territories and service lines, you will collaborate closely with different teams, fostering a seamless and successful expansion process.
• Risk Management and Compliance Support: In this role, you will actively contribute to risk management and compliance efforts, safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards working closely with Head of Risk and Head of Compliance.
• Advise on debt instruments, debt structuring, and treasury support.
• Lead legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage end-to-end corporate transaction execution.
• Support Co-Op's as needed.
• You will execute your duties with precision and maintain consistently high-quality work.
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners will be crucial in achieving the organizational goals of Vialto Partners.
