Job Description:
As Sales Manager for New Business Development at Microland, this role’s primary responsibility will be to drive net new customer acquisitions, focusing on Global 2000 companies and FTSE 250 accounts headquartered or having regional headquarters in the UK.
This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and establishing Microland as a leading player in the enterprise IT solutions space.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients among Global 2000 and FTSE 250 companies, ensuring a robust pipeline for sustained growth.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and align sales strategies accordingly.
Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of Microland’s services, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
Deal Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing large deals, with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Work Experience:
➤ 10+ years of overall work experience
➤ 5+ years in sales (New Logo)
★ Must have:
✅ Last 3+ years’ UK enterprise accounts experience in IT Outsourcing sales - with a strong IT Infrastructure background; Customer facing role with C-level executives.
✅ Handled large, complex bids in IT Outsourcing / IT Managed Services / Cloud Services
✅ Previous work experience with global Systems Integrators (SIs) would be advantageous.
Formal Education & Certification
University degree - computer science or equal
