Director of Financial Control & M&A - Central London (Hybrid) - £130-140k

My client is a large UK listed business seeking a dynamic Corporate Finance Lead to drive financial strategy, working capital, and growth initiatives.

Based in the London office (minimum three days per week), this role involves critical decision-making, data-driven insights, and leading a high-performing team. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to support efficient scaling and growth.

Key responsibilities include managing quarterly market valuations, partnering with FP&A to maintain financial plans, and collaborating with Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate outputs. You’ll oversee leverage and capacity models, support corporate finance advisory on share buybacks and dividend growth, and lead working capital reporting, cash flow forecasting, and M&A integration.
