VIVID is a highly respected and successful provider of affordable homes and support services in the south of England that manages c.35,000 homes. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Property Services has responsibility for repairs, voids, estate management, M&E, and property compliance (excluding fire).
This is a critical leadership role leading a large workforce, including an in-house DLO operation. It will have responsibility for shaping and driving the strategic direction, standards, and performance of VIVID’s property services. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence, ensuring that services are efficient, effective, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
VIVID is investing significantly in its systems and digital offer and the successful candidate should be commercially driven, with a strong grasp on the utilisation of data to make business critical decisions.
As a member of the Director’s Group, the Property Services Director will make a significant contribution to VIVID’s overall success, helping to shape the strategic direction and ensuring they have the capability to meet their current and future goals.
Remuneration will be c.£130k and the role is hybrid, based in either Basingstoke or Portsmouth.
