Why We Exist

At Raylo, we’re on a mission to accelerate the move to a circular economy. The only way customers and manufacturers will make that shift is if it’s simple and cost-effective - this is where we come in. Our technology platform powers the lease-and-reuse of devices, making them more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

We’re building a category-defining marketplace, making premium tech available via subscription for both consumers and businesses. With over 100,000 subscribers in the UK - and growth accelerating - we’ve proven the demand for a smarter, more sustainable way to access technology.

Raylo is a profitable, B Corp-certified company, driven by purpose and backed by leading investors including NatWest, Channel 4 Ventures, Macquarie, Octopus Ventures, and Telefónica. We’re also proud of our industry-leading customer satisfaction, with an Excellent 4.5-star Trustpilot rating from over 7,500 reviews.

If you're looking to make a real impact and be part of a high-growth, mission-driven team, join us at Raylo. Together, we’re not just reducing waste - we’re shaping the future of technology in a way that’s smarter, more sustainable, and built to last.

Our Core Values

💡 Be deeply curious – We thrive on innovation through diverse approaches, views, and people.

👟 Walk in your customer’s shoes – To build the best products and make the best decisions for the long term, we must figure out what our customers need, not just what they want.

🎯 Focus and execute – We have a big vision, but we believe in nailing the most important problems first.

💥 Be gritty – Only gritty teams succeed. Our individual ownership, passion, and perseverance mean we’re a team through thick and thin.

What to Expect

You’ll step into a strategically critical role, leading a well-established supply chain team at the heart of Raylo’s operations. The team is structured into two key areas—Procurement and Fulfilment & Reverse Logistics—both of which are essential to how we deliver value to our customers and operate with sustainability at the core.

Your mission? To future-proof our end-to-end supply chain operations as we scale. Reporting to our VP of Operations & Supply Chain, you’ll work closely with leadership to define and execute a supply chain strategy that’s built for growth—enabling smoother fulfilment, smarter procurement, and best-in-class reverse logistics. As we continue expanding, this role will be key to driving operational efficiency and reducing costs without compromising the exceptional experience our customers expect.

This is a brilliant opportunity to leave your mark on a business growing at pace, with plenty of scope to innovate, automate, and continuously improve the systems, processes, and partnerships that power our circular model.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Raylo’s end-to-end supply chain, owning strategy and execution across procurement, fulfilment, and reverse logistics.
  • Manage and empower two specialist teams focused on procurement and fulfilment/logistics, setting clear priorities and enabling high performance.
  • Build and optimise scalable supply chain systems and processes that support Raylo’s rapid growth and evolving customer needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Finance, Operations, and Tech to ensure alignment between supply chain and business strategy.
  • Lead supplier relationships and third-party logistics partners, negotiating agreements, setting KPIs, and ensuring performance meets commercial goals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain, driving efficiencies, automation, and smarter use of data.
  • Champion a culture of ownership and accountability with our devices and customer-centricity in our decision-making.

You’ll Succeed With

  • 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally within a high-growth, tech-enabled, or FMCG business.
  • Proven track record of managing both procurement and logistics teams, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain design.
  • Deep experience in process improvement, operational scaling, and cost optimisation within complex fulfilment or reverse logistics environments.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset—you’re data-driven, outcomes-focused, and comfortable using insight to shape strategy.
  • An ownership mindset that drives accountability for our devices, internally and working in collaboration with external partners.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you work well with Product, Finance, Ops and more to deliver value.
  • A clear passion for sustainability and innovation and a leadership style that empowers teams and encourages continuous improvement.
