Disputes Paralegal

The primary objective of the role is to provide high-quality support on a variety of legal assignments, particularly within the Disputes subteam, by efficiently handling tasks such as document review, drafting legal documents, managing data sites, preparing trial bundles, and liaising with clients and third parties, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct document reviews, including e-disclosure, early case assessments, and GDPR-related reviews.
• Draft legal documents, court forms, settlement agreements, and prepare trial bundles.
• Manage electronic data sites, liaise with clients, third parties, and the Court, and provide on-site client support.
• Conduct legal research, ensure compliance with CPR, and assist with various tasks to support litigation and dispute resolution

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a strong work ethic and desire to develop and succeed.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and exercise sound judgement.
• Interest in, or experience with, using technology to deliver work efficiently; previous litigation paralegal experience is beneficial but not essential.
