This is your chance to be part of a vibrant team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own environments. In this role, your autonomy will shine as you assess and attend to the diverse health needs of our community, including delivering exceptional care to those facing end-of-life challenges and patients with long-term or complex conditions. Working under the guidance of the Nursing Team Leader, you'll leverage your clinical expertise to make vital decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.
Your days will be dynamic and fulfilling, blending hands-on patient care with the gratifying task of nurturing emerging nursing talent. professional oversight and ensuring the safety and quality of that care
Working closely with members of our wider integrated neighbourhood team, you will be part of an MDT approach to addressing the diverse wellbeing needs of our population.
You will hold the
relevant CSP Qualification and have the required community nursing experience as set out in the job description. . With patient centred care as your main focus, you will deliver our values and nurse with pride, respect, empathy, consideration, compassion and dignity.
The Community Nursing Service is a 7 day service with variable shift patterns available between 8am-10 pm .
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you possess a full driving license and have access to a car.
