Bank Hospice Doctor recruitment for Charlton Farm Children’s Hospice, Wraxall, Nr Bristol
Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) is a registered charity dedicated to the provision of hospice care for babies, children and young people with life limiting conditions and their families across the South West.
A rare opportunity has arisen to recruit suitable Doctors with an interest in Paediatric Palliative Care on to a Bank team, to support the existing Medical Team at Charlton Farm Children's Hospice, Wraxall, Nr Bristol.
We are keen to hear from medically qualified practitioners with an interest in Children’s Palliative Care, who are able to work independently to cover ad hoc routine clinical daytime sessions at the hospice and also out of hours cover for symptom control and end-of-life care (non-resident on call).
Being on our Bank team will enable close working with children and families on the hospice caseload, and to offer personalised medical care, in response to the needs of the child, and the wishes of the family, in partnership with other practitioners and service providers. Appropriate training and support will be provided.
