We are currently recruiting for several Document Controller to join our civil engineering team working nationwide.
You will be responsible for:
- Document control, reviewing all JGL design & Construction document issues ensuring correct flow for all numbering and coding is per client requirements for QA/QC.
- Version control and tracking of documents.
- Uploading and controlling documents onto Aconex document management system.
- Liaising weekly with client document controller to ensure all client document requirements are met.
- Support JGL team with document formatting.
- Meeting minute taking.
- Labour onboarding & training bookings
