Job Description
Avante Care & Support is a well-established not-for-profit organisation supporting over 1,000 older people through our home care services and care homes.
We think differently about care for older people, and are on a mission to eradicate helplessness, loneliness and boredom, so that the people in our care can have a vibrant and fulfilling life.

Some of our best Home Care Professionals joined without having any previous care experience, so don’t let a lack of experience put you off. We will provide all the training you need and you’ll soon be up and running, visiting our service users in their own homes to give companionship, promote independence and help them with essential support such as administering medication, carrying out day-to-day household chores, providing personal care etc.
