Digital Technology Business Relationship Manager

In the role of Digital Technology Business Relationship Manager, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders and our global digital technology teams, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and successful implementation of digital solutions.
KEY responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
- Act as a liaison between business units and global digital technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work with business and cross functional teams on strategic directional roadmap for your operating unit area focusing on adding value to the local operating unit businesses.
- Solution Development
- Collaborate with internal technology teams to deliver digital solutions that align with business goals.
- Keep up to date with emerging digital technologies and trends to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.
- Communication and Reporting
- Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Prepare and present reports on the impact of digital initiatives on business performance.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and issues related to digital projects and work with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the compliance teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
A Digital Technology Business Relationship Manager requires a combination of technical, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Understanding of Business Processes: Ability to comprehend and articulate business objectives, processes, and challenges to effectively align digital solutions with organizational goals to drive value for the organization,
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry landscape, market trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
