The purpose and scope of the role
The Early Careers Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Early Careers Team in the delivery of our Early Careers programmes, including Graduates, Apprentices, Interns and Work Experience. Reporting to the Senior Talent Programmes Lead, and working closely with the Early Careers team and internal and external stakeholders, the Early Careers Administrator provides administrative support across the programmes. This includes the day-to-day operations of Early Careers recruitment, onboarding and programme management to ensure Ofcom is building a high performing, diverse and inclusive future talent pipeline.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
