About The Role
Join our award-winning team as a Manager for the Technology Degree Apprenticeship (TDA) programme. You will support the Senior Manager and lead Senior Associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes. Your role will focus on enhancing apprentices' on-the-job learning experiences, overseeing performance, and ensuring successful transitions into graduate roles.
This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract and applications will close 22nd December.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Leadership & Strategy: Manage the TDA programme, leading Line of Service meetings and improving business impact.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee allocation and deployment of 450+ apprentices, supervising learning processes and managing programme data.
- Collaboration & Engagement: Work with HC, ERPA, and educational partners to enhance recruitment and support strategies.
- Event Coordination: Support student recruitment and attraction strategies through impactful events and assessments.
This Role Is For You If
- Experienced in school leaver recruitment with knowledge of the higher education marketplace, particularly in professional services or technology sectors.
- Skilled in creating, managing, and evaluating talent attraction and development programs.
- Understands and appreciation of diversity challenges and manages relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting and influencing.
- Capable of implementing strategic and tactical initiatives while handling multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making and stakeholder updates.
- Proactive team player with a positive approach, able to lead and inspire through change and ambiguity.
